1. Services Provided
Sumangali Media agrees to provide videography services for the client on the specified event date(s), including:
Pre-production planning
Filming of the event(s)
Post-production editing (highlight reel, full documentary, or agreed formats)
Manpower: 2
Additional hourly rate: $500/hr
2. Fees & Payment
Total fee: $3200
Deposit: $500 upon signing
Final payment: $2700
3. Deliverables
Bokeh Weddings will provide the following:
Highlight video (approx. 5-7 minutes)
Full documentary (approx.45-90 minutes)
Delivery format: Digital download, USB, or streaming link.
Raws.
Turnaround time: 8-12 weeks from event date.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following applies:
Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date: 50% of the total payment is due (the deposit is non-refundable).
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date: 100% of the total payment is due.
In the case of rescheduling, the Videographer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. If the Videographer is unavailable, the deposit will be refunded.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
Sumangali Media retains full copyright to all videos and footage created as part of this agreement. The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to view and share the video(s) with family and friends.
The Client agrees that the Videographer may use footage for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, use on the Videographer’s website, social media, and portfolios. If the Client wishes to restrict this use, a written request must be submitted at the time of booking.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide a detailed schedule and list of key moments or people to be captured.
Ensure access to venues and necessary permissions for video recording (including drone usage, if applicable).
Inform the Videographer of any specific cultural or religious considerations that should be respected during filming.
Sumangali Media will not be held responsible for missed moments due to lack of communication from the Client.
7. Force Majeure
Sumangali Media is not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from acts of God, weather, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond the Videographer's control. In the event of such circumstances, the Videographer will work with the Client to reschedule services or refund any deposits minus expenses incurred.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sumangali Media will take every care to ensure that the Client’s event is filmed according to professional standards. However, the Client agrees that Sumangali Medias’ liability for damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total fee paid for the services. Sumangali Media is not liable for technical malfunctions, loss of footage*, or circumstances that prevent the performance of its obligations, such as interference by event attendees or venue restrictions.
9. Post-Production Revisions
One round of revisions to the final edit is included in the service fee. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $150 per revision. Requests for revisions must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the final video.
10. Travel & Accommodation
For events outside of [Orange County/ LA County], travel fees may apply. If the event location requires overnight accommodation, the Client agrees to cover these costs for the Videographer and crew. All such expenses will be pre-approved by the Client in writing.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising under this agreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute may be settled through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of [City/State].
12. Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Sumangali Media LLC. Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
